✅ Key responsibilities of the Head of B2B Products:
- Set up and keep track of the complete launch cycle of products (both new and tested) on new markets.
- Formulate product descriptions, draft offers and quotes, customize stock offers based on customer requirements
- Set and track execution of tasks with B2B sales team, be hands-on with sales and customer care
- Head selection, adoption and integration of tools by the sales team to drive results
- Be involved in setting and be responsible for B2B sales figures (cash-in and revenue) based on long-term challenges
- Budgeting for products
- Grow the B2B team, seek out and onboard new hires, continuously assess their performance
- Collaborate with the dev team on building and improving our tech products
- Spearhead development of B2B products
- Plan and schedule team resources for sales of ProductCamp Netherlands (Sep. 2023) Cyprus (Nov. 2023), India (Feb. 2024), UK (2024), etc.
- Integrate partners and agents into our sales funnel, assess their effect and head further integrations
✅ Our perfect candidate**:**
- Is fluent in English (C1 minimum)
- Has hands-on experience in B2B sales, preferably in SAAS, EdTech, Media products or MICE
- Has previous managerial experience or a strong drive to grow as a team leader
- Is hyper-responsible, able to take charge of processes and constantly thinks about the long-term business goals not weekly KPIs
- Experience within IT or MICE is a strong plus
